Terms & Conditions: Earn RM69 Together Campaign

Campaign Period

• This Earn RM69 Together (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies”) and shall commence from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless extended and notified otherwise at its sole discretion.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria 

• This Campaign is open to the following individuals:
  
  • Referrers
    
    • All registered and activated investors on the Funding Societies Malaysia platform, including existing investors of the Tradeview Funding Societies Income Fund (“TFSIF”) (collectively referred to as “Referrer(s)”). 
  • Referees 
    
    • Individuals who are categorised as Sophisticated Investors (as defined below) and are new investors to TFSIF (“Referee(s)”). 
      
    • Referees introduced, referred, or onboarded through Financial Advisors, licensed agents, intermediaries, institutional partners, or any third-party distribution arrangements recognised by Funding Societies shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign. 

Definition of Sophisticated Investors

• Refers to any person who:-
  • falls within any of the following categories of investors specified and defined under the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Categories of Sophisticated Investors:
    
    • High-Net-Worth Individual
      
    • High-Net-Worth Entity(ies)
      
    • Accredited Investor
      

• This Campaign is only applicable to investments in TFSIF.

• To qualify for the Campaign rewards, the following conditions must be fulfilled (“Eligibility Criteria”):

  • The Referrer must share the official Campaign page containing the referral form with the Referee.
    
    
  • The Referee must complete and submit the official referral form during the Campaign Period with accurate and complete personal information.
    
    
  • Within sixty (60) calendar days from the referral form submission date, the Referee must:
    
    
    • Successfully register and complete account onboarding, including all Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirement
    • Submit the official TFSIF application form;
    • Select "Friends & Family" under the Referral Reference section of the application form;
    • Provide the Referrer's registered Funding Societies email address in the Referral Reference section; and
    • Successfully invested a minimum of RM10,000 ("Qualifying Investment") into TFSIF.
      
      
  • The Referee is required to maintain the Qualifying Investment for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the investment date, failing which the Bonus Units/Investment Credit awarded under this Campaign may be forfeited.
    
    
  • Only referrals duly submitted through the official Campaign referral form during the Campaign Period shall be eligible for rewards. 
    
    

Campaign Rewards

• Upon fulfilment of all Eligibility Criteria, the following rewards shall be granted:

• Bonus Unit means additional TFSIF units awarded as a Campaign reward and credited directly into your TFSIF investment account. The value of the Bonus Units is determined based on the Fund's NAV at the time of allocation. Investment Credit means credit awarded into your Funding Societies investor account/wallet as a Campaign reward that may be used towards a future eligible investment through the Funding Societies platform, subject to these Terms. Investment Credit is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

   

• The type of reward granted to the Referrer shall be determined solely by Funding Societies based on the Referrer's investor classification and eligibility status at the point of reward fulfilment.
  
  
• Rewards are subject to successful verification and fulfilment of all Campaign requirements.
  
  
• There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a Referrer may make during the Campaign Period.
  
  
• Each Referee may only be referred once under this Campaign. In the event multiple Referrers refer the same Referee, only the first valid referral submission successfully recorded by Funding Societies shall be eligible for rewards.
  
  
• Referees who qualify under this Campaign may also concurrently participate in other eligible TFSIF promotional campaigns organised by Funding Societies, subject to the respective terms and conditions of such campaigns.
  
  
• Rewards will be credited within sixty (60) calendar days after successful validation and verification by Funding Societies.
  
  
• The allocation of Bonus Units will be reflected in the Eligible Participant's TFSIF account statement and/or reports. Investment Credits (where applicable) will be credited into the Referrer's Funding Societies investor account.
  
  
• Funding Societies reserves the right to amend, modify, shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
  
  

General Terms & Conditions

• By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto). 
  

• Funding Societies Malaysia’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants, and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.
  
  
• By participating in this Campaign, all participants agree to provide his or her consent to: 
  
  • Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign; 
    
  • Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign, and 
    
  • Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.
    
    
• Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.
  
  
• The rewards are not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for goods or cash, in part or in full, and/or other redemption item(s).
  
  
• Funding Societies reserves the right to substitute or change the rewards with a similar or lower value at its absolute discretion.
  
  
• The rewards may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.
  
  
• Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify participants from receiving the reward if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.
  
  
• Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of your participation in this Campaign.
  
  
• Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor shall it accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture. 
  
  
• These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.
  
  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
