Terms & Conditions: Start The Year With 100% Financing Campaign

Campaign Period

• This Start The Year With 100% Financing Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies”) and shall commence from 12 January 2026 to 15 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless extended and notified otherwise.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria 

• This Campaign is open to all new and existing used car dealers of Funding Societies (“Eligible Participants”) who fulfil the Eligibility Criteria during the Campaign Period. This Campaign applies exclusively to the note issuers under the Dealer Financing product offered by Funding Societies in Malaysia. Employees of Funding Societies are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. 
  
  
• To qualify for participation in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must fulfill all of the following eligibility criteria(“Eligibility Criteria”):  
  
  • All drawdown request(s) must be submitted exclusively via the following bidding platforms : MUV, Carro, or Carsome;
  • All drawdown request(s) must be approved within the Campaign Period; and
  • The financed vehicle must be 10 years old or below at the time of bidding, and be of a vehicle brand selected from those foutlined in the table below:

• All approval under this Campaign is capped at RM80,000 per case. Any approved amount exceeding RM80,000 shall be subject to the normal margin of financing.
  
  
• Please note that all drawdown request(s) submitted within the Campaign Period shall be subject to Funding Societies’ approval. The approval may occur during or after the Campaign Period, but eligibility will be at Funding Societies’ sole discretion.

Campaign Reward

• Eligible Participants may qualify, subject to the Eligibility Criteria and Funding Societies’ approval, for financing of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the vehicle’s purchase price (“Reward”) , applicable only to the vehicle brands listed under Clause 3 and subject to the approval cap set out in Clause 4.

• The Reward shall apply only to drawdowns that satisfy all Elibility Criteria and are approved by Funding Societies in accordance with these terms. 
  
  
  

Reward Fulfilment

• The Reward shall be fulfilled by way of the application of a revised margin of financing of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the vehicle’s purchase price to the approved drawdown. The Reward shall be applied automatically and shall not require any separate claim, notification, or action by the Eligible Participant. 
  
  
• It is the responsibility of Eligible Participants to ensure that all required documentation, drawdown conditions, and approvals are duly completed to qualify for the Reward under this Campaign.
  
  
• In relation to the approval of drawdown request(s) submitted within the Campaign Period, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the turnaround time is adhered to. Nonetheless, please note that the processing time for approval (“Timeline”) may vary depending on various circumstances, including but not limited to the completeness of information furnished by the Eligible Participants. In this regard, Funding Societies' decision on the Timeline or any extension of the Campaign Period shall be final. Eligible Participants are advised to submit all drawdown request(s) as early as possible within the Campaign Period. 

General Terms & Conditions

• By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto).
  
  
• Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants, and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.
  
  
• By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide his or her consent to:
  • Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
  • Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign, and
  • Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.
    
    
• Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.
  
  
• The Reward is not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for goods or cash, in part or in full, and/or other redemption item(s).
  
  
• Funding Societies reserves the right to substitute or change the Rewards with a similar or lower value at its absolute discretion.
  
  
• The Reward may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.
  
  
• Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the Reward if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.
  
  
• Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of your participation in this Campaign.
  
  
• Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor shall it accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture.
  
  
• These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.
  
  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
