Terms & Conditions: Hit Your Merdeka Target. Save RM100 Campaign

Campaign Period

  • This “Hit Your Merdeka Target. Save RM100” (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies”) and shall commence from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Funding Societies reserves the right to vary or amend the Campaign Period or end the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • This Campaign is open to all new and existing used car dealers of Funding Societies who are note issuers of the Dealer Financing product offered in Malaysia ("Eligible Participants"), provided they fulfil the Eligibility Criteria (as defined below) during the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Funding Societies are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  • The following eligibility criteria must be duly fulfilled by the Eligible Participants to qualify for participation in the Campaign (“Eligibility Criteria”):
    • The Eligible Participant must submit and obtain approval for Dealer Financing drawdown during the Campaign Period through any of the following platforms:
      • Carsome
      • Carro
      • MUV
    • The approved Dealer Financing drawdown must exceed the number of threshold units set under the Eligible Participant’s approved facility and communicated by Funding Societies to the respective Eligible Participants (“Assigned Threshold”).
    • The Eligible Participant must comply with all drawdown conditions applicable under the Eligible Participant’s approved facility.

  • Dealer Financing drawdown applications submitted on or before 31 August 2026, but approved after the Campaign Period, shall remain eligible for this Campaign, subject to final approval by Funding Societies.

Campaign Rewards

  • Eligible Participants will enjoy a RM100 rebate on the Utilisation Fee for each approved eligible platform drawdown above their Assigned Threshold. Illustrative scenario is set out below:

    •  Note: The rebate will be credited separately after the Campaign has ended and upon completion of Funding Societies' verification process. 
  •  Eligible Participants may enjoy unlimited rebates under this Campaign, with no maximum rebate cap applicable.  

  • Drawdowns that qualify for this Campaign shall not be eligible for any other concurrent Dealer Financing promotion, rebate or incentive offered by Funding Societies for the same drawdown(s) during the Campaign Period. 
Reward Fulfilment:
  • Following the end of the Campaign Period, Funding Societies will verify all eligible drawdowns submitted under this Campaign.

  • The total rebate earned by each Eligible Participant will be calculated based on all eligible approved drawdowns exceeding the assigned threshold.

  • The rebate will be credited to the Eligible Participant's registered bank account maintained with Funding Societies within one month following the end of Campaign Period, subject to successful verification.

  • Rebate fulfilment remains subject to:
    • successful disbursement of the approved drawdown;
    • full compliance with all Dealer Financing terms and drawdown requirements;
    • satisfaction of all Eligibility Criteria; and
    • no breach or default under the Dealer Financing facility.
  • Eligible Participants may verify their drawdown details, including the applicable rebate, via the Silkroad portal or by contacting their designated Relationship Manager.

  • It is the responsibility of Eligible Participants to ensure that all required documentation, drawdown conditions, and approvals are duly completed to qualify for the rebate under this Campaign.

General Terms & Conditions

  • By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes or variations thereto).

  • Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.

  • By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide his or her consent to:
    • Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
    • Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign, and
    • Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.

  • Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.

  • The rebates are not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for goods or cash, in part or in full and/or other redemption item(s).
  • Funding Societies reserves the right to substitute or change the rebates with a similar or lower value at its absolute discretion.

  • The rebates may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.

  • Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the rebates if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.

  • Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of your participation in this Campaign.

  • Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor shall it accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture. 

  • These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
