Terms & Conditions: Unlock Unlimited Rewards Campaign

Campaign Period

• This Unlock Unlimited Rewards (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies Malaysia”) and shall commence from 6 April 2026 to 6 June 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless extended and notified otherwise.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria 

• This Campaign is open to all new and existing investors of Tradeview Funding Societies Income Fund who are categorised as Sophisticated Investors (as defined below) (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Participants”) throughout the Campaign Period.
  
  
• This Campaign is only applicable to the following investment product (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Product”) offered by Funding Societies Malaysia:
  • Tradeview Funding Societies Income Fund (TFSIF)
    
    
• To qualify for participation in the Campaign and to be eligible to receive the Reward in full:
  
  • New investors must sign up and invest a minimum amount of RM10,000 (“Initial Investment”) in the Eligible Product during the Campaign Period;
  • Existing investors must invest a minimum of RM50,000 (“Qualifying Investment”) in the Eligible Product during the Campaign Period; and
  • For existing investors, only new funds deposited during the Campaign Period shall qualify for the Reward.
  • Eligible participants are required to maintain the corresponding investment amount for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the deposit date during the campaign period, failing which the Bonus Units shall be forfeited or clawed back.
    
    
• For avoidance of doubt:
  
  • “new funds” refer to fresh capital deposited into TFSIF and shall exclude any internal transfers, rollovers, reinvestments, or any funds that have been withdrawn and subsequently redeposited during the Campaign Period.

Campaign Rewards

• Eligible Participants who invest during the Campaign Period will receive Bonus Units (“Reward”) based on the qualifying investment amount tranches, as set out under new investors and existing investors below.

    • For new investors, each tranche must independently satisfy the applicable minimum investment threshold to qualify for the subsequent Reward. Investments that do not meet a qualifying tranche shall not be eligible for the subsequent Reward. 
  • Existing Investors

• For the avoidance of doubt, the investment amount is subject to applicable fees, except that no sales charge will be imposed on investments made during the Campaign Period.
  
  

  Illustration A Mr. A signs up as a new investor during the Campaign Period and makes the following investments: Month 1: Invests RM10,000 Month 1 (same month): Invests an additional RM50,000 Total Investment in Month 1: RM60,000 Mr. A is entitled to: RM10,000 → RM100 Bonus Units RM50,000 → RM150 Bonus Units 👉 Total Bonus Units: RM250   Illustration B Ms. B signs up as a new investor during the Campaign Period and makes the following investments: Month 1: Invests RM10,000 Month 1 (same month): Invests an additional RM40,000 Total Investment in Month 1: RM50,000 Ms. B is entitled to: RM10,000 → RM100 Bonus Units RM40,000 → No additional Bonus Units 👉 Total Bonus Units: RM100

• Eligible Participants who fulfil all eligibility criteria shall be entitled to receive the Reward in accordance with the applicable tier as set out in Campaign Rewards.
  
  
• The Reward will be credited in the month following the end of the Campaign Period, as a one-time allocation based on the Eligible Participant’s total qualifying investment amount during the Campaign Period;
  
  
• The allocation of Bonus Units will be reflected in the Eligible Participant’s account statements and/or reports.

Definition of Sophisticated Investors

• Refers to any person who:-

• • falls within any of the following categories of investors specified and defined under the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Categories of Sophisticated Investors:
    • High-Net-Worth Individual
    • High-Net-Worth Entity(ies)
    • Accredited Investor

General Terms & Conditions

• All facility requests made to Funding Societies Malaysia have been assessed by the credit assessment team. This means only established and creditworthy businesses are able to crowdfund through Funding Societies Malaysia’s platform. However, as with all investments, all Eligible Participants acknowledge and are aware that investing his or her money for a return will always have financial risks. Facilities made on the platform are not insured and there is a risk that a business may not be able to repay the facility. While Funding Societies Malaysia has a recovery process in place, Eligible Participants acknowledge and are aware that  they may still lose some or all of your investment, including your initial capital.
  

• By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto). 
  
  
• Funding Societies Malaysia’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants, and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.
  
  
• By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide his or her consent to:
  • Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
  • Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies Malaysia's related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies Malaysia for the Campaign, and
  • Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.
    
    
• Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.
  
  
• The Reward is not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for goods, in part or in full, and/or other redemption item(s).
  
  
• Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to substitute or change the Reward with a similar or lower value at its absolute discretion.
  
  
• The Reward may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies Malaysia at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.
  
  
• Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the Reward if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.
  Funding Societies Malaysia shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of your participation in this Campaign.
  
  
• Funding Societies Malaysia shall not be responsible nor shall it accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against Funding Societies Malaysia or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture.
  
  
• These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.
  
  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
