This Campaign is open to all existing investors who

i.   Have an inactivated investment account with Funding Societies Malaysia;
ii.  Have not made any deposit in their Funding Societies Malaysia Account; and
iii. deposit a minimum of RM 100 into the Funding Societies Malaysia Account during the Campaign Period.
(hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Participants”)

For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Funding Societies Malaysia are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

This Campaign is applicable to all investors who successfully activated their Funding Societies investment account during the Campaign Period.

The amount of entries to win the cashback depends on the ranges of deposits made. Refer to the illustrations of the eligible number of entries based on the deposit amounts.

Maximum 5 entries will be capped for the deposit amount of RM 1,000 and above.

The amount of cashback (“Campaign Prize '') shall be subjected to the amount that investors won for each eligible entry, to be credited into their FS wallet at the end of campaign.

Each Eligible Participant shall only be entitled to win the chance of entries based on their deposit for activating their account.

Should there be any failure in getting the required particulars from the winner(s) within the next 3 working days from the results announcement, Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to select the next winner(s).

This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns and promotions carried out by Funding Societies Malaysia.

Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to add, delete or vary the terms and conditions herein, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion by way of posting the amended terms and conditions on Funding Societies’ Malaysia website without prior notice.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and agree that Funding Societies’ Malaysia decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. You also agree to access Funding Societies’ Malaysia website to ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to this terms and conditions.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to have:

(i) read and understand the contents of the disclosure document or any relevant agreement or contract before investing
(ii) understand the risks involved in relation to the product or service;
(iii) compare and consider the fees, charges and costs involved; and
(iv) ​make your own risk assessment and seek professional advice, where necessary.

Funding Societies Malaysia shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of their participation in this Campaign.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
