Terms & Conditions: Grab Up To RM888 Ang Pow Campaign

Campaign Period

  • This Grab Up To RM888 Ang Pow (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies”) and shall commence from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless extended and notified otherwise.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • This Campaign is open to all selected existing used car dealers of Funding Societies who fulfil the Eligibility Criteria (as defined hereinafter) during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participants”). This Campaign applies exclusively to the note issuers of the Dealer Financing product offered by Funding Societies in Malaysia. Employees of Funding Societies are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

  • The following eligibility criteria must be duly fulfilled to be qualified for participation in this Campaign (“Eligibility Criteria”):
    • The Eligible Participant must have an existing and active Dealer Financing facility with Funding Societies.
    • The Eligible Participant’s account must be in good standing, with no past or current overdue payments and no past or current breaches of facility terms, and must not be suspended or terminated up to the time of reward fulfilment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Funding Societies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any of these criteria.
    • All drawdown request(s) must be:
      • Submitted within the Campaign Period; and
      • Successfully approved and disbursed by Funding Societies.
    • A minimum of two (2) eligible drawdowns that are successfully approved and disbursed is required to qualify for the Reward (as defined hereinafter).
  • Please note that all drawdown request(s) submitted during the Campaign Period are subject to approval by Funding Societies. Approval and disbursement may take place during or after the Campaign Period, at the sole discretion of Funding Societies. 
  • This Campaign is offered on a standalone basis and is not applicable with other promotions or rebate programmes. The Reward is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or campaign.

Campaign Reward

  • Eligible Participants who fulfil all Eligibility Criteria shall be entitled to the following CNY Ang Pow Reward provided on a rebate basis (“Reward”). The Reward will be determined based on the total number of eligible drawdown requests submitted during the Campaign Period that are successfully approved and disbursed by Funding Societies:

  • For the avoidance of doubt:
    • A minimum of two (2) eligible drawdowns successfully disbursed is required to qualify for the Reward.
    • All eligible drawdown requests submitted during the Campaign Period and successfully disbursed will be aggregated. The total number of eligible drawdowns successfully approved and disbursed will determine the applicable Reward tier.
    • The total number of eligible drawdown requests successfully approved and disbursed for each Eligible Participant will be calculated after the Campaign Period ends to determine the applicable Reward tier.
    • The Reward is not cumulative. Each Eligible Participant shall only be entitled to one (1) Reward tier, based on the highest tier achieved.
    • The Reward under this Campaign shall be provided in the form of a rebate and shall not be construed as a cash gift or direct cash incentive.
    • Funding Societies reserves the right to verify and determine the final number of qualifying submissions and to exclude any submission that is subsequently found to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of Funding Societies’ policies.

Reward Fulfilment

  • The Reward under this Campaign shall be provided on a rebate basis.

  • Eligible Participants will continue to be charged all applicable fees, charges, and amounts in accordance with their existing Dealer Financing facility terms. The rebate amount corresponding to the Reward tier achieved will subsequently be credited to the Eligible Participant by Funding Societies.

  • The rebate will be processed within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Campaign Period, subject to verification of all eligible submissions, approvals, and successful disbursements, and the Eligible Participant’s account remaining in good standing.

  • No manual application or claim is required from the Eligible Participant.

  • It is the responsibility of Eligible Participants to ensure that all required documentation, drawdown conditions, and approvals are duly completed to qualify for the Reward under this Campaign.

  • In relation to the approval of drawdown request(s) submitted within the Campaign Period, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the turnaround time is adhered to. Nonetheless, please note that the processing time for approval (“Timeline”) may vary depending on various circumstances, including but not limited to the completeness of information furnished by the Eligible Participants. In this regard, Funding Societies' decision on the Timeline or any extension of the Campaign Period shall be final. Eligible Participants are advised to submit all drawdown request(s) as early as possible within the Campaign Period.

General Terms & Conditions

  • By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein (including any amendments, changes, or variations thereto).

  • Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Eligible Participants, and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained.

  • By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to provide his or her consent to:
    • Collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes related to the Campaign;
    • Disclose their personal information (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers) to Funding Societies' related and/or associate companies, business partners, strategic alliances, and other third parties as deemed necessary by Funding Societies for the Campaign, and
    • Allow their photos or video clips to be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity related to the Campaign without any claim for payment or compensation.

  • Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Campaign will be deemed terminated, and this offer will immediately lapse without notice.

  • The Reward is not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for goods or cash, in part or in full, and/or other redemption item(s).

  • Funding Societies reserves the right to substitute or change the Rewards with a similar or lower value at its absolute discretion.

  • The Reward may be withdrawn or cancelled by Funding Societies at its sole discretion if any purchase or transaction made by Eligible Participants under this Campaign is refunded, voided, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent.

  • Funding Societies reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants from receiving the Reward if they fail to comply with any terms and conditions contained herein, or engage in fraudulent or wrongful acts related to the products.

  • Funding Societies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of your participation in this Campaign.

  • Funding Societies shall not be responsible nor shall it accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Participants resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of this Campaign or disqualification of the Eligible Participants or forfeiture of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture.

  • These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other advertising materials. In the event of inconsistency, the latest version of these terms and conditions shall supersede any previous terms and conditions.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
