This Birthday Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies”) and shall commence from 1st July  2022 to 30th July 2022, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).

This Campaign is all existing/new investors who:
i. have an investment account with Funding Societies;
ii: registered their interest to participate in the Campaign; and
iii. Minimum investment of  RM 1,000 in any note/s 
iv. Minimum deposit amount of RM 1,000 during campaign period. 
(hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Participants"). 

For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Funding Societies are not eligible to participate in this Campaign during the month of July.

This Campaign is applicable to all investments made on the all investment products  on Funding Societies website and mobile apps during the Campaign Period based on the investor’s birthday month i.e. for investors with birthdays in the month of July, the investors are eligible for this Campaign .

For every cumulative investment amount of up to RM 1,000 made during the Campaign Period, each Eligible Participant will receive RM 10 capped at RM 1,000. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum reward is capped at RM1,000.

The final credited amount will be reflected in the account statement on the subsequent month. 

This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns and promotions carried out by Funding Societies.

Funding Societies reserves the right to add, delete or vary the terms and conditions herein, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion by way of posting the amended terms and conditions on Funding Societies’ website without prior notice.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and agree that Funding Societies’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. You also agree to access Funding Societies’ website to ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to this terms and conditions.

Funding Societies may disqualify/reject any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the Campaign and/or its processes or the operations of this Campaign which includes fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the Campaign.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
